Whether you're struggling with depression, Stress, anxiety, grief & loss, Addiction or relationship issues, DoingWell is here for you.
Depression is characterised by a persistently low mood, loss of interest, and lack of enjoyment in life. It goes beyond normal sadness and can last for weeks or months, affecting daily functioning and leading to symptoms like fatigue, feelings of hopelessness, guilt, and difficulty concentrating.
Stress is the body's natural reaction to pressure, which can be triggered by difficult situations, both internal and external. While short-term stress can be helpful, chronic or overwhelming stress can negatively affect mental and physical health,
Feeling anxious is a normal part of life. Many people worry about things such as health, money, school, work, or family. But anxiety disorders involve more than occasional worry or fear. For some, anxiety does not go away, is felt in many situations, and can get worse over time.
Grief is a natural emotional response to loss, which can manifest as sadness, anger, numbness, or other feelings. It is not a linear process and can be experienced after the death of a person or pet, or other significant losses like a job or relationship.
There is no single "right" way to grieve, and it can be helpful to be kind to yourself, practice self-care, and know that it is normal for the intensity of these feelings to change over time.
Addiction is defined as not having control over doing, taking or using something to the point where it could be harmful to you. There are many types of Addiction, and DoingWell is here to support you as you navigate the journey.
Couples counseling services are designed to help you and your partner improve communication, work through conflicts, and strengthen your relationship.DoingWell is here to guide you through the process, and help you build a strong and healthy relationship.
Life can be busy and it's not always easy to make it to in-person therapy sessions. That's why DoingWell offers remote services that allow you to undertake therapy from the comfort of your own home. Online sessions are secure, private, and convenient.
